Finding a suitable manufacturing location ensuring proper technological, process, qualitative and quality assurance conditions - negotiating on behalf of the client of the agreement for contract manufacturing, with formal requirements and cost-effectiveness.

Negotiation and renegotiation, on behalf of the client, of trade agreements covering distribution, production, quality, development, service, marketing or cooperation agreements of various types.
Valuation of the above services is determined individually after a preliminary interview with the client. The service will be priced on an hourly basis. The rate serves as an auxiliary tool for calculating the final price of the service. The contract signed with the customer will include the agreed scope of provided service, date of its execution and agreed net and gross price as well as the renegotiation rules, applicable to mutually consensual changes to the scope and / or the date of the service.
