  • Analysis of the product portfolio in terms of using its potential, introducing new products, achieving consistency and maximizing profits.
  • Analysis and determination of appropriate methods for calculation of unit cost as well as P&L and NPV analysis.
  • Finding new products that are adequate for the portfolio and resources of the company - negotiating contracts on behalf of the customer: purchase of R&D documentation for the product, completed registry purchase (MA), license purchase.

Valuation of the above services is determined individually after a preliminary interview with the client. The service will be priced on an hourly basis. The rate serves as an auxiliary tool for calculating the final price of the service. The contract signed with the customer will include the agreed scope of provided service, date of its execution and agreed net and gross price as well as the renegotiation rules, applicable to mutually consensual changes to the scope and / or the date of the service.
